Bishwa Seva Foundation, The Seaside Center and the Deep Sound Meditation welcomes you to our community sound meditations. Please join us the first Mondays from October through December at the Seaside Center for Spiritual Living, Encinitas.
Enjoy sounds, vibrations, wonderful company and an inner journey towards self understanding and peace. Allow the vibrational sounds, created by our talented musicians, to resonate with your body and allow your body to transform into a trance state.
Proceeds from the meditation benefit the Bishwa Seva Foundation’s mission of educating and providing meals for Children and other developmental projects in Nepal.
