Organic Farming

Mission:

Our goal is to share our knowledge from the Bishwa Seva Research and Development Project with women in the community. There are many families who struggle every day to survive. By providing education, provide micro loans, and creating a cooperative, they will have a community where they can share and grow.

Objective:

Our goal is to share our knowledge from the Bishwa Seva Research and Development Project with women in the community. There are many families who struggle every day to survive. By providing education, provide micro loans, and creating a cooperative, they will have a community where they can share and grow.

We are presently identifying the first 10 individual families to begin setting up the cooperative. We are encouraging the families to be invested by providing 25/75 split. The foundation will provide 75% of the funds and the families  25%.

These families will either receive chicken or goats along with the successful  research that had been conducted for the organic methods of farming.

Operation:

Bishwa Seva Foundation Nepal will work with the teaching/ research facility that has been built as a part of our last project (BSRDP) along with classroom and other school facilities. Classes will be conducted as a part of the after school program.
